HELPING FAMILIES ACHIEVE HOUSING
STABILITY AND SELF-SUFFICIENCY

Our programs are tackling homelessness and empowering families to live with dignity, stability and respect. We provide intensive case management, emergency assistance and workforce development to unhoused and precariously housed individuals including survivors of domestic violence, individuals with complex physical and mental health challenges, families and children

Housing Programs

We provide Rapid Re-Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, and landlord-engagement services that promote long-term stability. Guided by the Housing First philosophy, we prioritize safe, stable housing as the foundation for well-being and connect residents to wraparound supports (employment, education, childcare, basic needs). We honor the inherent dignity of every person. Referrals are accepted only through the Coordinated Entry System managed by the New Mexico Coalition to End Homelessness (NMCEH); we do not accept outside referrals or walk-ins.

Housing Stability Programs

Our prevention services, including the One-Time Assistance Program (OTAP) and eviction-prevention supports, are accessed through referrals from approved community partners. Applicants must be actively working with a social service agency, and the referring agency must provide case management and/or support services throughout the assistance period. Assistance is not guaranteed and depends on eligibility, documentation, and available funding.
